Taxis Now Accept Credit Cards in Arlington, VA

For quite some time taxi cabs in major cities like New York and Boston have accepted credit card payments, and now the trend has caught on in Arlington, VA – a busy tourist spot close to the nation’s capitol. About 30 percent of the Red Top cab company’s fleet were outfitted with credit card swiping equipment at the end of the summer and the entire fleet should be able to accept credit card payments before the end of November. Even more cabs in the region are expected to get their card swiping devices over the next few months.
